When submitting artwork to make the process move as quickly as possible we prefer all files be sent in a usable vector format, such as AI (Adobe Illustrator) or EPS format with all fonts outlined and all images (if any) embedded in the artwork.
If you do not have access to Adobe Illustrator or your file is not vector ready please let us know and we will contact our graphic designer to convert the file!
Adobe Photoshop files in EPS, TIF or 300DPI resolution / High resolution (300DPI) files: JPG, TIF, PNG
Raster graphics are composed of pixels, while vector graphics are composed of points on paths. Raster graphics such as JPG or GIF use arrays of pixels to form an image . Take al ook at this quick video to really see the difference!
Of course you can use your own PMS color! If we have any problems matching your color you will be notified throughout the process. We will consult with our graphic designer to provide alternate options that we can accomodate.
If you have a low resolution JPG, BMP, GIF or other file type we cannot use these for printing. However, if you'd like for our graphic designer to recreate your graphics we can provide a quote upon request
Other file types we cannot use for printing include: PowerPoint, MS Word, Pagemaker, Quark, Freehand, or Photography.
